The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging

You message us within 7 days of delivery

You share your Order ID, reason, and clear photos (especially if damaged or wrong item)

After shipping, send us the tracking number on WhatsApp so we can process your refund or exchange quickly.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:

Accessories (scarves, dupattas, stoles)

Customized or stitched items

❌ Order Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it and if you do not recieve order from rider then you would be pay Rs.250 to us
